Collective Tees Clothing was birthed from the desire to produce quality t-shirt campaigns that connects people with a desire to explore and celebrate life.

I was driving home from work one afternoon when I heard one of those genealogy commercials that claims it can trace your DNA. I lost my mom when I was eight, and never met my dad (that's a story for another time) so I was interested in trying it out. I ordered the test to trace my mothers lineage. To my surprise, we are from the Temne people of Sierra Leone! This sparked a desire to do something that represents my new found history. I designed the first shirt (you see here) to represent my mothers lineage. After creating designs for a couple groups, I asked myself, "why not produce t-shirt campaigns that connects people to stories that connects to people?" And now the history is being written.
